Insulated Roller Shutter Doors Derby
These doors can be manufacturer up to 10.0 metres wide and 6.0 metres high. All of our Insulated Doors are manufactured individually at our factory in Derby and made using quality materials, Our Insulated Roller Doors are custom built to your own specific needs.
We can use either a single phase or three phase motor operation depending on the size and customers requirements. The doors are manufactured with twin skin 100mm lath with foam filled inserts. The external finishes can be either the basic galvanised steel, plastisol or powder coated finishes. Please note and inform us if you propose to use the roller shutters for example a high frequency usage like a car park in the initial quotation process.
Please note we now manufacture Single and Twin Skin lath Fire Rated Roller Shutters tested to 4 Hours. Exova Fire and Safety. BSEN 1634-1. The double skin insulated lath offers additional heat radiation protection.
