I have recently retired and bought a second home, a small Cottage in rural Devon. Unfortunately there has been a few problems with break-ins in this area particularly with unattended holiday homes.

We searched on the internet for a solution and after a lengthy chat with Matt at Westwood Security we decided to go down the retractable grilles route. I measured the openings, they quoted me immediately and a week later I was fitting the grilles myself with no problems.

I cant tell you how relieved we feel to have secured our dream cottage. But something we had never considered was security, so being proactive so far (crossed fingers) seems to have done the trick.

We recently have taken over a shop in Nottingham Town Centre and converted it into a Sandwich Bar. Unfortunately the first week we had a break-in.

We called many roller shutter companies in the East Midland area. Only Westwood gave us a immediate cost and were able to tell us when they could do the job. All of the others took days to even get a quotation together for us.

We have had the shutters in for a few weeks now and have found them to be excellent. The thermal insulating properties of these are magnificent with a real noticeable difference compared to before. As for the noise reduction it has certainly reduced traffic noise in which we were particularly wanting.

As we were the first on the estate to have these fitted from Rollershutter.co.uk, we were extremely happy with the friendly experienced service we received and no pushy salesmen as compared to other manufacturers. Fitting of the shutters was a breeze, even with in reveal fitting the shutters fitted like a glove. They were manufactured very accurately to the dimensions provided . I was impressed with the quality of the shutters, and workmanship involved in the box covers, as others I have seen from different suppliers lacked the nice square clean lines when assembled.
